Will I Be Living On Top of a Volcano in Oahu?
When someone finds out they are moving to Hawaii whether it is due to a military or a job transfer, there can be some confusion due to its unique geography. The State of Hawaii is actually made up of eight major islands and there is real estate for sale on each one.
The big island of Hawaii is the largest land mass, but many people prefer to live on one of the other smaller islands for many reasons. For one thing the only active volcano in the islands is in Hawaii. If living near a volcano makes you nervous then Oahu real estate is ideal. Of course thousands of people live on Hawaii with no problems and have come to appreciate the majestic beauty of the volcano whether it is sleeping or waking.
So don’t worry about the volcano. When you buy property such as Ewa Beach real estate, all you have to worry about is how much sun you plan on getting that day at the beach.
