You and your husband are the best!  I am so glad Matthew and Kara were given your names.  I know you guys are doing a terrific job for them.  Kara is a bit nervous about this whole thing, so she may need some hand holding - but I think it is just a rather stressful time for her since Matthew is gone now and won’t be there with her at closing.  She will be using his POA.

Thank you for taking care of my kids as if they were your own.  It means a lot to me to know they are being well taken care of as they purchase their first home.  You are making a difference for Matthew and Kara.  My other two kids have also purchased homes, and my daughter had such an awful experience.  It was painful for me because she was in Michigan and I was in Iowa and couldn’t help her.  Although I did finally call her agent’s broker to tell him how the agent was behaving.  Things did improve after my call, but I shouldn’t have had to make it in the first place.  I know things are way better for Matthew and Kara - thanks to you and David.

I wish I could be there for the closing, but it isn’t possible for me.

Someday, I would love to be able to meet you both in person and give you a hug to show my gratitude.
