So Who Has the Answers?
When you are planning on relocating to Hawaii, there is a lot to think about. Moving to the island of Oahu, Maui, Molokai or any of the other islands is completely different from moving from one mainland city to another. Hawaii is different in many ways, because it has its own special island culture and customs.
If you are military moving to Hawaii, you are going to want a lot of answers. For example, you will want to talk about property assessments, real estate taxes, home financing, and the best locations near military bases. Moving to Hawaii is a major undertaking, so it only makes sense to work with a real estate agent who can answer all your questions as a central source. This will greatly simplify the whole process.
You have two choices. You can try to get your answers on your own and waste a lot of time. Or you can use a qualified and experienced agent who can help you analyze any Hawaii real estate you are interested in buying. It seems to me this is what they call a “no-brainer”.
