You know how much society just loves to invent new names for people and things.  Have you heard of an Echo Boomer?  An Echo Boomer is someone who can fit into both the Gen-X and Gen-Y categories.  The Echo Boomer is almost always educated, successful, and understands the value of great real estate as a child of the successful baby boomer generation.
