Closer Than Two Hours
A piece of advice that real estate agents give investors is to purchase property that is within two hours of where they live. Managing property requires frequent visits so you can make sure your investment is being well taken care of by tenants.
This advice holds true when buying any real estate in Hawaii too, but that means you have a large choice of properties. Most property in Hawaii or on any of the islands is nearby to all other property. So you can toss the 2 hour rule and buy the house in Hawaii that you really want.
The excellent properties available for sale can fit any need. You may want investment property or are recently transferred military relocating to Hawaii. You might be ready to upgrade your home, want to move to a new school district, or need a larger home. Any purpose you have in mind for seeking Hawaii real estate can be met. And the great news is you don’t have to worry about the 2-hour rule!
