Buying Oahu Real Estate Doesn’t Require Perfect Credit!
So just about the time you found out your spouse is being transferred to a military base in Hawaii, the whole mortgage industry falls apart. At least it seems that way if you watch the news. Who the heck can buy Oahu real estate right now when finance companies expect perfect credit?
So if perfect credit is needed, how do you explain the unexpected 22% increase in housing sales in February in the United States? Do you really believe all those people have perfect credit? They don’t. Almost no one has perfect credit.
When you have a family and move regularly due to military transfers, it can be even more important to put down some roots. Right now you can not only put down Hawaiian roots, you can buy the same single-family home for at least 1.6% less than it would have cost a few months ago. Selling prices are down and that’s good news for buyers.
And you don’t need perfect credit….
